What I do at Ynfinite
My job involves everything that happens after a customer signs on the dotted line. I am responsible for our marketing and sales process. Many people actively watch a video of me on Facebook or Instagram or get to know me through the website presentations.
My superpower
Inspiring people. Each of our customers is different, and I want everyone to feel understood and supported in their personal situation so that they can make the right decision for themselves.
Why I enjoy working at Ynfinite
I am so happy to have finally found such a great product that offers significant added value for customers and delivers what it promises. Ynfinite can do so much, and even customers who only use 25% of its capabilities often experience a moment of surprise when they see how their online presence has improved in terms of numbers after 2-3 months. That makes selling really fun—we help our customers make the right decision! Marketing is very easy and rewarding, as there is high demand and we are the only ones on the market offering this kind of solution.
This positive atmosphere is also noticeable within the team. I work together with my friends. Although we often live far apart, we like each other very much and enjoy making a difference together.
Fun fact about me
I travel through Europe and the world in my expedition vehicle and look after my customers not only from Germany, but also from the North Cape, the beach, or the Sahara. Our customers don't notice any difference except that I don't need a vacation because my whole life is like one big vacation.
